It is on the ground floor. It faces south-west and has beautiful windows. From the ipé terrace, there is direct access to a small private garden with a summer lounge and the garden.
The flat is equipped with underfloor heating/cooling, allowing the temperature to be kept around 5°C lower than the ambient temperature. There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.
The bedroom has a 140 cm bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a 140 cm mattress.
